He Said He Was Scared When He Was Asked To Kill Wahab, But Serefusi Told Him Not To Be Afraid-Olumide Lawal

Olumide Lawal, whose son, Wahab Lawal, was killed by suspected ritualists Salawu Omikansola and Serefusi Agemo, revealed that one of the suspects, Salawu Omikansola, said he was scared when he was asked to kill his son, Wahab, but Serefusi told him not to be afraid.

According to reports by the Punch News, Olumide Lawal said, "He said he was scared when he was asked to kill the boy, but Serefusi told him not to be afraid. Serefusi is the head of the Agemo worshippers in the community."

Olumide Lawal stated that during his search for information, he overheard a rumour about someone who was stopped by vigilantes around 1 a.m. on Monday. This individual had noticeable bloodstains on his clothes and body. When questioned about the stains, he claimed to have killed a dog for someone celebrating Ogun Ajobo, which apparently convinced the vigilantes to release him.

Someone identified the suspect to Olumide Lawal, who then alerted the Ogun State police, leading to the suspect's arrest and detention. Following investigation, the suspect allegedly confessed that he had been hired by someone named Serefusi to kill his son. The suspect provided the police with details of the boy's murder and dismemberment, leading to the subsequent arrest of Serefusi
